These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the blinkre website and services (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your email address and mobile number.
2. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program name.blinkre Alerts & Updates.
Program description. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and account text messages from blinkre, such as early-access updates, product news, and special offers, at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and our announcements.
Cost.Message and data rates may apply. blinkre does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Opt out and help. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed; you will receive no further text messages unless you opt in again. Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
3. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available through the Services, including the blinkre name, logo, and design, are owned by blinkre or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.
4. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. blinkre is a software tool and does not provide legal, real estate brokerage, or financial advice. blinkre is not affiliated with TREC, NAR, or any real estate board.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, blinkre will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
